Shashikanth is associated with Head Held High for 12 years and has conducted Train the Trainer Program for the organization at a PAN India level. He has vast experience in several roles like marketing, data processing, software developer, training & development, Operational Head in Village BPO, Senior Executive Head for Post-placement, IT & Infrastructure, Regional Head – Trainer recruitment and Project Manager at Head Held High Services Private Limited.
His journey as a life coach began when he did several transformational programs and from then on he has contributed to individuals, their families, their communities, and the world.
He loves being in the space of transformation to impact millions of people personally and professionally, thus causing a ripple effect not only to the person trained but everyone around them too and be the channel of transformation for people until Eternity.
He is currently working for Head Held High Foundation as “Head of Train the Trainer Program” and successfully trained 1000 plus young graduates as change agents. These change agents, in turn, transform youth from an underprivileged background and thus creating a transformed society.
Shashikanth has Master of Computer Applications degree from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum, Karnataka, India.
