The Being Centred Coach programme is designed for practising coaches who are ready to go deeper. It is not a beginner’s programme – it is an invitation to a more profound relationship with yourself, your clients, and the transformational process.
The coaching is rooted in a powerful methodology that taps into the innate power and potential of both the leader and the coach. At its core is the concept of ‘The Being’-the true Self that is powerful, expansive, peaceful, and abundant. Coaches, established in their own Being, guide leaders to address challenges, issues, or aspirations by connecting with this inner space. Creative solutions emerge, possibilities become evident, leaders move beyond their Ego and tap into their inner power and become totally empowered.
The Being Centred Coach programme is an intense 3 month journey consisting of 3 parts – the Evolution Workshop, the Mastery Workshop and the 2 Mentoring sessions.
The Evolution workshop is a 3 day residential; an immersive journey to strip away the ego and stay present in your Being, which is the bedrock of transformational coaching.
Next is the 3 day Mastery Workshop, where you will learn to dance in the moment and apply new paradigms that can produce high impact. The whole workshop provides you with hands-on training and practice to build this ability.
Along with this, you will have 2 one on one mentoring sessions, where you will receive feedback on the coaching sessions that you would have done between these workshops.
A 3-day residential workshop, an immersive experience to focus on the basics of the Being Centred Coaching Framework. In this you will understand the ways of Being and capabilities required to becoming a Being Centred Coach, and coaching beyond tools and techniques.
The workshop provides you with hands-on training and practice to build the ability to use ALL the paradigms that you have experienced yourself, and use them in the content of coaching. You will be taught to work with the client’s inner world, practicing deep listening and being fully present to the client.

The workshop provides intensive practice of Advanced Ways of Being and capabilities that will strengthen your ability to work with core beliefs, emotional energy & complex client situations
